Rolling out to a team or brokerage

Multi-agent rollouts fail for organisational reasons, not technical ones. Run a pilot, publish the rules, then expand.

Run a pilot first

  • Pick 2-3 agents who respond quickly today — they will give you honest feedback.
  • Run the pilot for two to three weeks on one lead source.
  • Measure median first-response time, viewings booked, and agent hours saved against the same period before the pilot.

Publish the rules before you expand

  • Who owns a lead once the AI has qualified it, and how fast they must act.
  • What the AI never handles alone: offers, negotiation, legal or financial advice, complaints.
  • How agents correct the AI — everyone should know that fixing the knowledge base is the fix.

Expand in waves

  1. 1Add one office or team at a time, no more than a week apart.
  2. 2Repeat the transcript review ritual for each new group's first week.
  3. 3Review plan limits and seats before each wave so nobody is blocked mid-rollout.

Report on it

Use the Analytics view to report response time, lead-to-viewing conversion, and source ROI to leadership monthly. Rollouts survive when the numbers are visible.
