Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026. These terms are between you and Richard Romero, the operator of Lytle.ai ("we", "us", "the seller").
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using Lytle.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the Service on behalf of a brokerage or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.
2. The Service
Lytle.ai is a software-as-a-service platform for US real estate professionals that provides an AI leasing/lead assistant, a CRM pipeline, a knowledge base, calendar and automation tools, and associated analytics. Features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to.
3. Payments, subscriptions & billing (Paddle Merchant of Record)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscriptions renew monthly at the price shown on the pricing page until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Paddle billing portal at paddle.net. Payment terms, tax handling, invoicing, chargebacks, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout & Buyer Terms. Our own refund window is described in our refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- violate any law, including Fair Housing, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or consumer protection rules;
- send spam, fraudulent, deceptive, or harassing communications;
- infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights of any third party;
- interfere with the Service's security or integrity (malware, probing, scraping, rate-limit evasion);
- attempt to jailbreak the AI, generate illegal content, or produce content that impersonates a real person without consent.
You are responsible for your prompts, the outputs you use, verifying their accuracy, and having the rights to any content you upload.
5. AI outputs & accuracy
The Service uses generative AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Lytle.ai is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or regulated real-estate advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated messages before sending them to leads and for verifying any listing copy, valuations, or market summaries.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, documentation, and branding, is owned by Richard Romero and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or circumvent technical limitations of the Service. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email privacy@lytle.ai with details; repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
7. Warranties, liability & indemnity
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these terms.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or engage in repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your account data within 30 days of termination, after which the data may be deleted.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the seller resides, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email support@lytle.ai.
