Quick start: your first AI conversation in 15 minutes

Before you begin

• An active Lytle.ai plan (a 7-day free trial is included on every plan).
• One or two live listings with address, price, beds/baths, and availability.
• Your standard qualifying questions — budget, timeline, financing or income, and must-haves.

Step by step

1. 1Sign in and open Properties. Add at least one listing with accurate price and availability so the AI has something real to talk about.
2. 2Open Knowledge Base and add your office hours, viewing policy, pet policy, application process, and fees. Short factual entries work better than long marketing copy.
3. 3Open AI Assistant and send a few test messages the way a real enquiry would arrive: "Is the 2-bed still available?", "Can I see it Saturday?", "What's the deposit?".
4. 4Correct anything wrong by editing the matching knowledge entry, then re-test. The assistant answers from your knowledge base, so fixing the source fixes every future reply.
5. 5Open Automations and confirm the follow-up cadence you want for new leads that go quiet.
